The Roof-Brite system has proved itself to be the safest alternative to pressure washing. Using our High Volume, Low Pressure (HVLP) equipment, the need for high pressure is virtually eliminated.

In Florida, Fungus is a problem (Mold, Mildew, Etc.). Moisture from morning dew and heat from the hot Florida sun make your roof a great target for mold spores. The black stains you see are Fungus. It may appear bold, in striping patterns, or heavy near trees. Those stains wil not just "wash off".
Traditionally "pressure cleaning" was the practical way of removing the stains and streaks. It was practical because if the fungus is going to ruin the roof anyway, high pressure can at least make your roof appear clean before it's replaced.
